Unfortunately, there are a few minor things that can actually lower the value of your home in the eyes of buyers. Zillow recently analyzed 50,000 homes across the country and discovered that color choices within a home can affect the final sale price of the home by $1,000 or more.
The study discovered that while we will never come to a universal agreement on color, there are four paint colors in particular that should be avoided in order to get the most money for your home as possible.
